DON’T RELY ON LAUNDRY TO LABEL THEM they lost all my new clothes that was brought up to me. Be very careful of what you eat if you have allergies because I was served mushrooms when the ticket clearly listed my allergy to them. I was forced to lay in pain for hours even though I was due pain medicine. This is not a place I would recommend to my worst enemy. The staff was nice most of the time when they were fully staffed.
It is very clean and the food is very good. I have had two relatives there, one of which is my mom. What we really like about Heathwood Assisted Living and Memory Care community is that it feels very home. It was a very warm community and it seems like residents are accepted easily there and everyone is so... I like the rooms and the friendliness of the staff.

People left in hallways in wheel chairs and no one around to watch them or help them if needed. This place should be closed down and the few on staff their should be fired for how they treat people. I recorded my entire visit in case something happens to my family member there. Make sure you double check your insurance before you even consider this place. Make sure that all your clothes are labeled with your name BEFORE you send them down to be washed.
